Fulfillment Policy
BestDayHR delivers software subscriptions and HR consulting services according to each client agreement, statement of work, order form, or subscription selection.
Services may include software access, implementation support, HR advisory services, training, strategic planning support, reporting, and related deliverables described in the applicable client agreement.
Subscription access is generally provided after account setup and payment confirmation.
Consulting and onboarding timelines vary based on project scope, client responsiveness, scheduling availability, and any dependencies identified during kickoff.
Estimated start dates and milestones are targets unless a written agreement states otherwise. BestDayHR will communicate material timeline changes when they arise.
Timely fulfillment depends on the client providing requested information, approvals, access credentials, stakeholder availability, and other materials needed to perform the services.
Delays in those items may affect the delivery schedule.
Refund and cancellation terms are governed by the applicable order form, subscription terms, statement of work, or other written agreement with BestDayHR.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees already earned for delivered services, completed work, scheduled consulting time, or active subscription periods are non-refundable.
