BestDayHR Fulfillment Policy

At BestDayHR, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth, transparent fulfillment process. Please review this policy to understand how we handle digital access, shipping, returns, and customer support.

1. Order Fulfillment

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with details upon purchase.

Digital Products: Access is provided immediately via email after purchase. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email.

Subscription Services: Access begins as soon as payment is processed. Your subscription details will be sent to your registered email address.

2. Shipping Policy

Digital Products: No physical shipping. All access and delivery are electronic.

Physical Products (if applicable): For any physical goods:

  • Shipping Methods: Standard or expedited shipping via UPS and FedEx.
  • Shipping Times: 3–5 business days (domestic), 7–10 business days (international).
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on location and method.

3. Returns and Refunds

Digital Products & Subscriptions: Due to their nature, we do not offer refunds after access is granted. Contact our support team if you experience issues.

Physical Products (if applicable): Return within 14 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging. Contact support for return instructions.

Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of return or resolution. Issued to the original payment method.
